Materials management and logistics for our customers.

The just-in-time supply of spare parts is a prerequisite for prompt and reliable servicing and maintenance of rolling stock.

We are responsible for supplying all rail vehicles operated our customers and other customers with vehicle parts and components, and thus we are the undisputed market leader. We are also setting standards in the field of materials management.

The control of our customers’ materials supply processes is also one of our areas of competence. We keep many replacement parts on stock for our customers at many locations. In order to be able to guarantee an optimum supply of materials, while at the same time maintaining optimised stock levels to meet the customer’s requirements (e.g. fleet specific), we perform analyses of consumption data and update materials planning parameters on a daily basis.

Materials management for the life cycle of your vehicles

To ensure your company locations receive a prompt supply, we use a nation-wide transport network for full and part-load shipments, in addition to general cargo shipments. For a materials supply system adapted to the life cycle of your vehicles, we offer solutions from the initial build-up of stocks to obsolescence management and end-of-life inventories down to the scrapping of your rolling stock.
If you do not need any of your rolling stock for a specific period, you can stable it on our guarded premises.
